When I started my college career I knew I wanted to help people but in the end I discovered I want to help people help themselves; My job is to teach and hope that one day you don’t need me anymore, that you can be an active and healthy person on your own accord.

About me:
I graduated from WWU with my bachelors in sport psychology, which is a mixture of learning about the body, learning about the mind, and about how those two work together. I am a large proponent for trying new things and finding exercises that people actually like to do. I currently work in social services with the intent on getting my masters degree in social work and becoming a mental health counselor. The most important thing to me is that you enjoy what you are doing and have the choice in what exercise you would like to participate in.
